How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to reply within 1–3 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer. Every message is read.
Can I request a new timer or tool?
Absolutely. Feature requests are how most of our tools have evolved. Tell us what duration, format, or tool you need and why.
I found a bug — what should I include?
The more detail the better: what you expected to happen, what actually happened, your browser name and version, and your device type (desktop/mobile). A screenshot is always helpful.
Do you offer a commercial or API version?
Not currently. ClockUnit is a free web service. If you have a specific integration need, feel free to reach out and we'll see what's possible.
